"What style of yoga do you teach?" ...This has become the automatic response I receive upon telling people that I am a certified yoga teacher. To be quite candid, that question baffled me in the beginning. Yoga is blossoming - in full force - everywhere we look. We see yogis clad in white, practicing Kundalini. We see yogis in spandex, sweat dripping onto the mat, rigorously practicing Hot Yoga. We see Bikram, Ashtanga, Anusara, Iyengar...the list goes on. I see all of these styles as different …
